How To Enroll
Enrolling your child at Star City Early Learning Academy is a straightforward process designed to ensure a smooth transition for both you and your child. Begin by scheduling a tour of our facility, where you can meet our dedicated staff and explore our engaging classrooms. During your visit, you will receive detailed information about our curriculum, daily activities, and nutrition plans.
Next, complete the enrollment application form available online via email. This form gathers essential information about your child, including their medical history and any specific needs. Once your application is submitted, our enrollment team will review it and contact you for any further information needed.
After your application is approved, we will schedule a welcome meeting to discuss your child's individual needs, finalize paperwork, and set a start date. We aim to ensure that both you and your child feel confident and prepared for this new experience. Welcome to the Star City community!

First Aid Permission / Emergency Info
Social Media and Photo Release
Safe Food Transportation Agreement
Child Information Form
Parent Notice
Medication Consent (if needed)
Proof of immunizations and a physical exam (well child check-up)
Handbook Acknowledgement Signature Form
Waiting List
In cases when enrollment space is unavailable, children will be placed on a waiting list. Enrollment will then take place as space becomes available.
Registration & Fees
Upon registration, the family must pay the $75 ($35 for school age children) registration fee. This fee is non-refundable should the family decide to not attend.
Childcare fees are reviewed and, if needed, adjusted annually, as our rates are based upon both competitive local pricing and costs. Parents will receive a month’s notice when childcare rates are to be adjusted.
